Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE 1-3 day shipping via USPS on all orders shipped within the U.S. We do our best to process and ship all orders within 1 business day. If you choose to pay for expedited (overnight) shipping, you will be provided with an estimated day of arrival during checkout.
We offer free returns as well, for any reason (within the US only). If you would like to return your item, we will provide you with a prepaid USPS return shipping label. International customers will need to pay for return shipping.
How do I make a return or exchange?
We strive to make returns as easy as possible! To return, follow the steps below:
1) Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and item(s) you wish to return
2) Customer service will issue you a prepaid return USPS shipping label via email
3) Print and apply the label to any appropriate shipping envelope or box
4) Drop your package off at any post office, or arrange for a postal pickup at your house or mailbox
Once we receive your returned item, we will email you a confirmation of refund. Please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be processed and shown on your bank statement.

To receive a refund, all items must be in unworn and unwashed condition, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Returns must be shipped within 60 days from the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price to be issued back to the original method of payment.
To exchange, please place a new order for your desired item and return your previous purchase via the instructions above.
We can only process returns and exchanges for items shipped directly by Devon Maryn at www.devonmaryn.com. If you purchased your item on another website or a retail location, you will need to return your item according to that merchant's policies.
How can I track my package?
Once your item has shipped we will email you a shipping confirmation providing the tracking number for your package. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact email@example.com.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to a variety of other countries, including Canada, the UK, Australia, and more! If you don't see your country available during checkout, please email us and let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you!
I made a mistake on my order, how can I change it?
If you notice a mistake on your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, most errors can be corrected easily.
How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, immediately email@example.com. Most unshipped orders can be cancelled; however, once an order is processed for shipment we will not be able to cancel it. Please refer to return instructions to return any unwanted items within 60 days for a refund.
